Thai Chicken Salad Print

Ingredients

500 grams cubed chicken

1/2 a shredded cabbage

1/4 cup peanuts

1/4 cup mixed sunflower & pumpkin seeds

Thai Dipping Sauce (see recipe)

1 pkt crispy noodles

 

Method

Brown cubed chicken in a saute pan and set aside.

Lightly toast peanuts and seeds.

Shred cabbage and mix with 1/4 cup Thai Dipping Sauce.

Combine cooked chicken, nut & seeds with cabbage mix and 

serve with crispy noodles on top.
